These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the MLA Digital Seva platform and the services provided through it. By registering as a service provider on our platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.

1. Registration and Profile
- Service providers must register on the platform with accurate and complete information.
- Profiles will be verified through background checks and skill assessments after checking their Aadhar card.
2. Service Provision
- Service providers agree to provide high-quality services as described in their profile.
- Services must be provided within the agreed-upon timeframe.
3. Payment Terms
- Service providers will not receive any payment directly. Customers will directly pay to the resource visiting the home.
4. Cancellation and Refund
- There is no cancellation and enquiry.
5. Liability and Insurance
- Service providers are not responsible for their work and any damages caused.
- Resources who are visiting home will be responsible for any kind of damage or problem. Resources' Aadhar card will be verified by local police before uploading their details in website.
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Service providers must maintain confidentiality of client information.
- Service providers must comply with data protection regulations.
7. Termination
- The platform reserves the right to terminate service providers' accounts in case of non-compliance.
